    The location is fantastic, our room looking to the mountain and forest was superb! The staff is excellent, couldn't be better! Far from city center, but still near...perfect! The Primrose Restaurant is very cozy and the food is excellent too, don't miss it for lunch or dinner! The room is very comfy and clean. The hotel is excellent, we recommend it, for sure!

    This hotel is popular and overall clean with stunning location in the forest and knowledgeable staff. The room is fancy and there are beautiful views of the mountain. The beds are great, and the breakfast is satisfactory. The best thing is location - next to the Hot Springs and the mountain and the city life. The service is exceptional, includes free parking. Pool area is nice, loved this place.

    The management at Rimrock were incredibly accomadating. Special koodos to Kate in the front desk.She was wonderful as was her manager Nikki. My best advice --go go go to the Rimrock Hotel. The location is breathtaking; the rooms with the view are worth every penny. Breakfast at the Primrose is a destination unto itself. We will stay there again :)

    the bathroom was a bit small , but the view was amazing with mountains right outside. the room had cozy leather chairs by the window, and the housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful. also, the water pressure in the shower was great.

    The staff were first rate. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome from intial check in to leaving the hotel. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable regarding Banff and other attractions in the area.

    I liked the bar near the lobby the best. Friendly staff, good food and drink selection, met other guests from different parts of the world, and a beautiful mountain view.

    Valets and front desk staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Gym was well equipped and organized. Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperature. Lounges were well staffed. Hotel is close to upper hot springs and 5 min drive from Banff town centre.

    Only complaint was the underground parking was not equipped to hold same amount of vehicles that were registered at hotel. Had to park outside in snowstorm.

    The hotel and the views were beautiful. Our room was very nice, with a great view across the valley. The food was delicious (especially the ribs!), which was served in restaurants with a fantastic view...and the fitness facilities were also good. We really enjoyed our stay here. A great location for some R&R after the crowds in banff/long walks.

    The rimrock resort hotel offers fine views of the canadian rockies. The location is great, right near the forest and just a short walk to the gondola. The restaurant staff provided very good service. I also loved relaxing at the spa, such a treat.

    Really enjoyed the ambiance at Christmastime and the meal at the Primrose. The pool and skating facilities were enjoyed by our children as was the complimentary hot chocolate. Also made use of the shuttle bus which was very handy.

    A few more maps at the elevators or key locations would be good as it was a little confusing to navigate being a first timer. However, we may have missed them.

    Stunning location, shame weather wasn't better to appreciate the views - it was raining and misty!!!!!! Great to have complimentary bus service into Banff town and up to sulpher mountain. Even though a big hotel, it felt warm and homely. Great wine choice in the bar and sharing platters great idea.

    It would be nice to have had extra coffee and cream instead of powder in the bedroom.
